ROLE OVERVIEW:
Provide high-quality individual, family, and group behavioral therapy. Counselors collaborate on comprehensive treatment blueprints and
conduct ongoing diagnostic clinical reviews.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Active Virginia state clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in good
professional standing.
Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA, clinical treatment metrics, and
diagnostic assessments.
Passion for collaborating with community-based systems and vulnerable
populations.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL CREDENTIALS:
Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or a closely
related human service field.
Pre-licensed Residency candidates (LPC-Resident, LCSW-Supervisee) are
also encouraged to apply.
