Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) provides goal-directed training and hands-on reinforcement for adults (18+) who have a qualifying psychiatric diagnosis (such as Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, or severe PTSD) and functional limitations in daily living skills.
Our certified Qualified Mental Health Professionals and Qualified Paraprofessionals (QMHP) work alongside individuals inside their homes and local communities to develop real-world abilities, foster self-advocacy, and reduce the likelihood of psychiatric hospitalization or severe social isolation.

Functional Living Skills: Grocery shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene routines.
