Intensive In-Home (IIH) Services are designed specifically for children and adolescents
ages 5 to 17 who are experiencing significant behavioral, emotional, or mental health
difficulties that severely impact their ability to function safely at home, in school, or within
their community.
By delivering intensive, evidence-based care directly inside the child’s home and family
system, we prevent out-of-home placements (such as foster care, residential treatment
facilities, or juvenile detention) and help reunify families transitioning back together.
Licensed DBHDS Program in Virginia
All IIH counselors are Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-Child) supervised by Licensed Clinical
Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC).
